Singe Greene

Singe Greene is the author of “Mums List” (recently turned into a film starring Rafe Spall and Emila Fox ) and Inspirational speaker.

St John Greene grew up in the West Country, where he met his teenage sweetheart, Kate.

At 18 months old, their first child Reef was diagnosed with such a rare aggressive cancer that he was given a six per cent chance of survival; such was the shock that Kate went into labour two months premature and their second son, Finn`s, life was left hanging by a thread.

Despite all the odds both boys pulled through, but it was shortly afterwards that Kate was given her own cancer diagnosis – triple negative breast cancer.

Kate lost her battle with cancer on the 20th January 2010, leaving Singe to bring up Reef and Finn as a single parent. Singe rose to the challenge of balancing work and parenting with a little help from Mums List! the family thrives on having fun and living life to the max.
